Agar Demolish is a powerful, ultra-concentrated floor stripper formulated to break down and remove the toughest, most heavily built-up floor polishes and sealer films. Designed for demanding stripping jobs where standard products fail, Demolish works fast to reveal a clean surface ready for recoating with new polish.
With excellent compatibility on terrazzo, marble, granite, polished concrete, and vinyl-sealed floors, this low-odour, low-foam formula is safe for indoor use and economical to apply. Its aggressive stripping action makes it ideal for commercial, industrial, and institutional floor care professionals.

Directions for Use:
Dilute with cold water depending on coating thickness:

Heavy coating: 1:20 (50mL/L)

Normal coating: 1:30 (33mL/L)

Light coating: 1:40 (25mL/L)
Always test on a small area first. For rubber, timber, or sheet vinyl, dilute to half-strength to prevent surface damage.
